How do I transition my pet to a raw diet?

When will I see benefits for my pet?

The benefits of feeding raw vary depending on your pet, however you may start seeing changes in their digestive health within 24 hours. Changes to their coat and energy levels could be longer. Discover more benefits of feeding raw.

What is your shipping schedule?

We ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent boxes from being held at carrier facilities over the weekend. This way, we make sure the food you order stays safe and is delivered frozen. All orders will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. Learn more about our shipping policy.

Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?

Nope! We do offer subscriptions, but you’re also able to order at your convenience. However, customers who do subscribe will save 5% on their order, every time!
