Homemade hydrating Toppl treat for dogs.

It’s important for your pets to stay hydrated all year round, but especially during the summer when temperatures can get steamy and it’s easier for them to get dehydrated faster. This homemade hydrating treat for dogs is a great enrichment snack that keeps them busy and exercises their minds while keeping them hydrated.

Hydrating Toppl treat ingredients + supplies:

• Toppl or other dog toy that is meant to be filled with treats
• Carnos homemade bone broth
• Coconut water
• Your favorite all-natural air dried Carnos treats
• Any extra whole food treats that your pet loves to snack on (mini carrot sticks, cucumber spears, etc.)

Recipe Instructions

1. Thoroughly wash your Toppl or whatever toy you’re using for the treat
2. Fill the bottom half of the Toppl with your Carnos homemade bone broth
3. Fill the remainder of the Toppl to just below the rim with coconut water
4. Stick your pet’s favorite treats into the broth/water mixture
5. Place in the freezer until frozen
6. Remove bone broth plug from the top of the Toppl after freezing
7. Serve to your pet and let them enjoy under supervision
