How to transition to raw?
Switching to raw depends on you and your pet. There’s a few ways to do it, but we recommend either taking it slow over a month, or, our preferred way is to just dive right in. They’re going to love it.
Gradual Transition
Start by replacing ¼ of their kibble with raw food for at least one week. As long as there are no adverse side effects, increase by ¼ increments each week until the fourth week. By then, your carnivore will be 100% raw!
Just Go For It.
To do this method, put your pet on a brief 24 hour fast. Make sure they have adequate access to water in the interim, and the next day, feed 100% Carnos. Just wait until you see how excited they are when you put down their plate.
Raw feeding step-by-step.
Carnos’ truly raw food has never been cooked and is shipped to you in frozen rolls to ensure the best results. With these five easy steps, you and your pet will be raw feeding masters!

Spoon
You can use a spoon to measure food, blend it, and transfer the raw food into your pet’s bowl. Use it only for your pet’s food.
